BOA Architecture is a Portuguese practice co-founded by Asaf Eyzenkot and Bar Moyal, both Tel Aviv University architecture graduates. It has designed nine residential and interior projects in Setúbal and Montijo, seven finished and two in progress.

- Investors buying older homes in Portugal need design that works for the numbers, the licence and the street — not only for the drawing.
- The approach
- Combine architecture with real-estate and investment judgement: plan, license and manage the renovation as one decision.
- The outcome
- Nine projects across Setúbal’s Baixa, Bairro do Liceu, Troino and Montijo. Seven finished, two under way.
