## Problem

A life plan that lives in a slide deck stops living. Editing is slow, nothing links the vision to this week, and the content is too personal for a SaaS notes app.

## Approach

Edit like a document, see like a board, act like a plan. One database per user, bring-your-own AI model, and open access for external agents over MCP.

## Outcome

Six releases in 26 days, in daily use by an invited circle. Next: a coach mode that shares progress without breaking per-user isolation.
