Investors buying older homes in Portugal need design that works for the numbers, the licence and the street — not only for the drawing.

## Approach

Combine architecture with real-estate and investment judgement: plan, license and manage the renovation as one decision.

## Outcome

Nine projects across Setúbal’s Baixa, Bairro do Liceu, Troino and Montijo. Seven finished, two under way.
