- **Arena, Barreiro, Portugal (ongoing):** GP manager and shareholder in the company developing an 11-unit residential building.
- **Realization (2019–present):** founder and owner; real estate operations and business architecture in Portugal.
- **RealizeOS:** built an internal AI operations system connecting business context with agentic workflows; later extended to independent users and Realization clients.
- **realization.pt (in development):** founder and product lead of a platform for Portugal's abandoned and problematic properties; a development lead owns software delivery.
- **BOA Architecture (2023–present):** co-founder and partner of a Portuguese investment-oriented architecture firm.
